Where do I submit a nomination?
At /award-nomination.html — the centralized Golden Tree Awards nomination form handles every entry.
How long does the form take?
20–30 minutes for a complete submission, depending on the depth of evidence you include.
Can I save and return to the form?
The form is single-session. We recommend preparing your responses in a document first, then pasting into the form.
What evidence should I include?
Guest satisfaction data if available, team credentials, treatment menu highlights, sustainability practices, prior media coverage, and any specific differentiators that distinguish your spa from competitors.
Can I edit a submitted nomination?
Contact the awards team at awards@goldentreeawards.com if you need to make corrections. Substantive edits to submitted nominations are typically not permitted after the jury review begins.
Will my submission data stay private?
Yes. All submission data is held in confidence by the awards programme and used only for judging and recognition purposes.
Can I submit multiple properties in one submission?
Each property is a separate submission. Multi-property groups can use the same contact for multiple submissions.
What if I'm nominated for the wrong category?
The jury panel can move submissions between categories during review. Notify the awards team if you'd like to change category post-submission.
How will I be notified of the outcome?
Shortlisting status: 4–6 weeks after submission. Final outcome: at the gala ceremony on 14 November 2026, with post-event written communication for all entrants.
Can third parties nominate on my behalf?
Yes. Third-party nominations are welcomed. The property being nominated will be contacted to confirm participation.
