What counts as a complete 2027 spa awards nomination
We treat an entry as complete when the jury can score it without writing to you. That means a category that fits the business and evidence a judge can check.
Vague claims cost you score. "Guest satisfaction is excellent" rates lower than "4.8 average across 1,240 reviews". We read for numbers, dates and certificate names.

Our busiest brackets are Best Day Spa, Best Hotel Spa, Best Luxury Hotel Spa, Best Wellness Spa, Best Luxury Resort Spa, Best Beauty Salon and Best Traditional Thai Spa. Day spas, hotel and resort spas, wellness retreats and clinics sit in separate brackets. A 12 room retreat never competes with a 40 room hotel spa. How to finish your entry in 20 minutes
Open the 2027 nomination form, complete the first screen, then save. We e-mail a resume link, so you can gather evidence and return without retyping anything.
If you only have one sitting, do the evidence first. Guest satisfaction figures, therapist certificates and a water audit take minutes to locate. They outweigh another paragraph of description.
Here is something only we see. The jury argues longest over Best Day Spa, our largest category with 62 winners since 2019. Two day spa entries often read almost identically until one attaches its therapist training records. That attachment settles it.
One programme in one category is free. Paid plans add programmes, categories, competition levels and promotional benefits: Silver USD 299, Gold USD 650, Diamond USD 680 (limited time, from USD 900) and Titanium USD 1,350. After you submit
You receive a confirmation that names your category and gives you a reference. The current window closes on 15 October 2026. Entries that arrive later join the next cycle.
Our independent jury evaluates entries from 20 September to 20 October 2026 against published criteria. You may nominate yourself, or a client or colleague may nominate you. There is no public voting. Winners are told internally between 3 and 30 October 2026, and the gala is on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel, Dubai. Three 2027 ceremonies follow on the group award schedule: Dubai 15 May, Bangkok 15 July, Dubai 10 November.

What is the 2027 deadline?
The current window closes on 15 October 2026. Anything that reaches us later is held and judged in the next cycle, so nothing you write is wasted. Submit 48 hours early, because evidence files are what entrants most often upload twice.
Can I edit after submitting?
Yes, until the window closes. Sign in to your nominee account, open the entry and change any field, including the category and the photograph. After 15 October 2026 the entry locks, so every spa is scored on the version the jury received.
What happens next?
Our jury scores entries between 20 September and 20 October 2026 against published criteria, with no public voting. Winners hear from us internally between 3 and 30 October 2026. The gala follows on 14 November 2026 at the Westin Marina Hotel, Dubai.
